How long does it take to ship my order?

1 - 2 weeks - most wearable items, including: Printed shirts, Shorts, Sweatshirts, Girls shirts, stickers, beanies, afghans, magnets, mousepads, tote bags, etc.

2 weeks - Engraved items. (picture frames, wood items, metals)

1 - 2 weeks - Embroidered & Sewn items (tackle twill).

Can I Cancel an order once it is placed?

To provide you with the fastest service possible, Once an order is in production, it cannot be cancelled. All orders are custom-made based on the customer's instructions at the time of ordering and as such, the customer is responsible for any costs incurred by Nationalityshop.com up to the point of cancellation. INDIVIDUAL orders cannot be cancelled once we have ordered the garment(s) or product(s) for your order. If we can cancel your individual order their will be a processing/re-stocking fee charged for doing so.

Once your order has been placed, you will get a confirmation of your order sent to you via email. Please check it very carefully. If you notice any discrepancy, please notify Nationalityshop.com immediately via email. (Please use your order number when making all requests).

Can I return my custom-made merchandise?

Since we custom make most of our merchandise to order returns are generally not accepted and we are only able to accept returns on defective merchandise or mistakes we have made and in those cases a corrected replacement is sent out. You must notify us in writing within 7 days of merchandise receipt and a Return Authorization must be given. (This is a standard in the industry)

How can I pay and is it safe?

We gladly accept American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Paypal and personal check or money order.

Is it safe to use my credit card
over the internet?

For your security, all credit card processing is done through YAHOO's secure server. You may learn more by clicking here.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Please remember that we make most of our merchandise to order specifically for you! So shipping may take a little longer than expected (embroidered and engraved items can take 2 - 3 weeks - plus shipping time). We make every effort to see that items are shipped quickly. We ship most orders via UPS & Priority Mail. We ALWAYS ship orders complete (unless noted in package), so if you choose one item that takes 3 days and one that takes 2 weeks, they will all ship together to save you money on shipping and handling.

What are your shipping fees?

Shipping & handling starts at $5.95 and increases as the price of the order increases (You can begin the checkout process and before it asks for payment info, it will show you the exact price due). Once your order is completed, we ship via priority mail and UPS to ensure faster delivery. Any package that is returned to us and needs to be reshipped due to improper address or failure to claim, will result in the recharging of the TRUE shipping costs back to you.

If you are uncertain about a certain product, please email us first, since you will be unable to return it once it is produced.
